How do I notify you of my holiday dates?

To notify us of your holiday dates, please send a quick email to support@livelinesuk.com quoting your full name, PIN/PASS number and the dates you will be away. 

Please only notify us 2 weeks prior to you being on holiday as our rota's only go so far ahead.
