Step 1:
When you submit your application form a member of the Training Department will contact you and will activate your account.
Step 2:
You will then receive an email and text message containing your PIN, PASS and the telephone training number. The training line number is a normal 01 number and the training line is open 24 hours a day.
Step 3:
Once you have completed the automated training session, you will receive an email with example messages, to help you to record your own introduction messages. Once these messages have been completed, we will check them and call you back. Once checked and passed, you will be able to log on and receive calls.
