Is the Log on Line free to call?

The "Log on Line" is a normal 01 BT number (standard rate.)

You would need to check with your service provider to see how much they will charge you per minute.

If you have a free minute package that covers 01/02 landline numbers, the log on number would be covered in this.

Logging on/off by telephone, takes less than a minute to complete. 

You can also log on via your online portal.
