How many hours should I log on per week?

To maximise your earning potential, we would advise you to do 20 hours log on time per week. You can log on/off when you want to (apart from the designated shift.)

The more log on hours you do, the more calls you will take - which will increase the revenues that you make. 

Also, if callers see you logged on regularly - they are more likely to call you back and speak to you. They will then become your regular callers - which can make you a lot of money!

The minimum hours we would advise is 15 hours per week - if you are planning to do any lower than this, then you need to think if you will be earning enough revenues.
