What to do if a customer wants to complain?

If a customer wants to complain about the service they have received, please ask them to email: payments@livelinesuk.com 

Please ask them to include their name and details of the complaint. We will then respond to them within 1-2 working days. 

Sometimes, callers will complain and we look into every complaint. 99% of the time the complaint is not the reader's fault - so please do not worry! However, we do respond to every complaint to ensure that all our callers are kept satisfied.
