How can I log on/off the service?

To log on/off the service (without calling an international number) - you'd need to use the online portal service.

Username: (Your PIN Number)
Password: (We have emailed you your password. If you do not have your password, please email support@livelinesuk.com)

There is a section on the portal, where you can log on and off via the logon button. Please go to the "IVR Log on/off" section to log on or off.

If you are using the WebRTC service, you will log onto the live service through your WebRTC portal.
