URGENT - Operators receiving calls on Skype

Notice for Operators Receiving calls on Skype. 

Skype has introduced a new setting on the 1^st of July 2022. This new setting stops our service from sending you calls. You must disable this service to allow calls to call your Skype number.

Stop Skype blocking unwanted calls.

1. Select your profile picture
2. Select Settings
3. Select Account & Profile > Then select “Your account”
4. Under “Manage Features”, select your Skype Number. 
5. Then select “Settings.”
6. Then, make sure that “Allow Skype to block unwanted calls” is unticked. 

Before you log onto our service, you MUST ensure that the "Allow Skype to block unwanted calls." has been unticked - otherwise, all your calls will be rejected.
